At DeRuiter Woodworks, our top priority is ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the item at no charge to you. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations and if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy for all undamaged items and we'll issue a full refund, (Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost).
